Lynn Levitt is a passionate coach with over 15 years of experience in empowering women to discover their true self-worth and embrace a life of health and happiness. Holding a Diploma in Business and Personal Coaching, along with numerous other qualifications, Lynn has built a successful coaching practice rooted in emotional intelligence and a deep understanding of the importance of well-being. She specializes in connecting with women, helping them break through to the core of their issues, and guiding them towards a balanced, fulfilling life.

Lynn’s extensive qualifications include a Diploma of Business, Diploma of Management, and certifications in Personal and Business Coaching, Training and Assessment, Mortgage Broking, Finance & Mortgage Broking, and Advanced Sales Skills. She is also a Certified Practitioner in Brian Mayne’s Goal Mapping. With over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, operations, coaching, and training across various industries, Lynn is well-equipped to lead others to success.

Lynn believes that true success begins with feeling healthy and happy, and she is dedicated to helping women achieve this through personalized coaching that focuses on both the mind and body. Committed to her own personal growth and leadership, Lynn is also an avid traveller and food enthusiast, enjoying the exploration of different cultures and their cuisines. “My health improvements since meeting with Lynn:
Sleep – I used to get 2-3 hours if I was lucky and this wasn’t solid sleep time – now I’m asleep around 930pm instead of 4am. On average I’m getting 4-5 hours of solid sleep
Reflux – no reflux during the night anymore…I used to eat quick-eze like lollies.
Foot pain – this has basically now gone…I could hardly put any pressure on my left heel now I walk normally.
Back pain – I am now taking less Panadol, I can stand for longer periods without having to sit down e.g. when washing up…used to take me several goes at washing up now I can do it all in one go.
Pain from piriformis syndrome (buttocks and legs)…this has improved. I have more strength in my legs and some days I can walk upstairs normally instead of one at a time.
I can now walk to the front gate to open it.
Can walk from the car park at work to my desk and still be able to speak to my colleagues when I get there
I have more energy and therefore more motivation to actually do things…like tidy and clean my house, change the bed sheets.
Can now go to the supermarket, do my shopping and carry it inside when I get home.
Can walk into Kmart”
